Limited Lifetime Warranty
	Every ATC rod blank is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original registered owner, with valid dated proof of purchase. Damage due to misuse, accident, neglect, alternation or normal wear and tear will, at the company’s discretion, be repaired for a nominal fee. We will advise you of the cost of repair plus return freight I insurance and await for your approval before proceeding. Damage due to defect will, at the company discretion, be either repaired or d at no charge. This warranty does not include freight, insurance and handling charges. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and does not cover incidental or consequential damages and losses due to the failure of the product unless specified under various state laws.
